Option A (Gamemaster 24681012): A lonely college girl sees a shooting star, and wishes for a girlfriend. Her wish comes true, but her new girlfriend is stretchy and silly.

Option B (helloagaindemo): A stretchy girl wants to please her other stretchy girlfriend with a taffy puller as a gift on valentines.

Option C (Someone): A timid and shy boy scoures the internet's dark market for a solution to confess his love. He finds a potion shop that guarantees that his unrequited love will fall for him. It's too bad he didn't read to possible side effects, now he has a clingy slime girl that oozes through doors just to be with him.

Option D (notcones): A shapeshifter girl who can turn into literally anything finally decides to share with her recently engaged fiance her "true form". While she loves to dazzle him with turning into his wild fantasies, she's hoping that knowing what she REALLY is won't scare him off. (monster girl? Maybe something eldritch?)

Option E (DownhillRabbit6.1): A young scientist, concerned with his previously mousey girlfriends' (now a statuesque, shapeshifting, and rapidly evolving villain due to one of his errant experiments) approaching theoretical godhood, decides he's only holding her back and functioning as a weakness. As he makes a half-hearted attempt to break-up with her on this reason and other cold scientific premises, she makes it clear why that doesn't matter at all, and their love is one of her strengths.

Option F (whiteglint): It’s valentines and a clingy yandere-ish strawberry slime girl wants to confess to her childhood crush!  Given their close history together it was easy getting into his house with permission.  Now gooey fingers crossed he doesn’t question where that strawberry cake filling came from, she does need to mark him somehow and would like not to resort to plan B of just dragging him to his bedroom. But alas , childhood friends tend to know each other pretty well.

Option G (AltrixWrites): Yun and Shiori decide to celebrate their anniversary together by taking a dip in a local hot springs. Things are already steamy, but by the time they start embracing and kissing, it can only get steamier from there~

Option H (Sage): A young man learns that his slime girl fiancee's idea of a wedding ceremony is turning him into a fellow slime person (gender them how you like). He and his girlfriend have a good time making him comfortable with the idea before climaxing (heh) with the ceremony.
