Added 2024-09-15 15:00:05 +0000 UTCSummary: Two shapeshifting former supervillainesses, Laura de Mille (AKA Madame Rouge) and Sondra Fuller (AKA Lady Clayface) have settled down and started their families. They part ways, but Laura runs into a storm on the way home.
---
For one afternoon, two former shapeshifter villains were about to relax and drink in each other's company. Laura de Mille and Sondra fuller, more broadly known as Madame Rouge and Lady Clayface respectively, enjoyed the view from atop a mountaintop, free to be themselves and to flex their special abilities without fear of drawing scrutiny.
Laura was too relaxed, and the fatigue was clearly written on her face; her tired expression threatened to melt right off her head and mix with Sondra's body, which was half liquified into a bubbling mud bath. It was soothing beyond all measure, and relaxed her to the core. She wished she had bones; they'd probably feel fantastic, having all the kinks worked out like this.
Laura slowly blinked her eyes, watching the sun approach the horizon, draping the skin in a brilliant orange glow. The sun would be setting before too long, and Laura would have to leave in a hurry if she was going to make it back to her family before nightfall. The realization sent a jolt through her body as a rush of adrenaline gripped her.
"Oh!" Laura shot up. "Sondra, I'm so sorry, I really must be running off."
"Mm?" Sondra tilted her head, dollops of mud trickling down her cheek and plopping into the mud bath. "I hoped we'd have time for an afternoon tea... oh, but the time really has flown by, huh?"
"Yes, I'm afraid that my husband will arrive home with dear Gemini within an hour or two." Laura rose up. Her body warped and wobbled, mud sliding down her shapely curves.
Her nude body shimmered, her skin growing firmer and darkening in pigment, as though the threads of a red and black leather one piece suit was flowing from out of her pores, wrapping around her figure to protect her modesty. Her body seemed to repel whatever mud clung to her; as she stepped a few paces away, she left a trail of mud behind her, her body clean as a whistle, and spotless once more.
"It's been an absolute pleasure, Sondra. You always find something new to show me." Laura turned to Sondra with a radiant smile. "We simply must do this again sometime."
"Mmhm! I was always fond of the idea of paragliding along the coastline." Sondra tilted her head thoughtfully; the mud coalesced around her as she emerged from the bath; the mud sunk back into her curves, her chocolatey complexion brightening to a more typical olive hue of skin. "You really got a knack for getting around with your abilities, Laura. You'll show me the next time we're together, yes?"
"I believe that's an excellent idea." Laura nodded; she extended her arms into ropey lengths to pull Sondra into a tight embrace, hugging her close to their chest. Their bodies squeaked together, the two middle-aged women giggling as their elastic-like bodies pressed against each other. They parted just as quickly; Laura had places to be, after all.
Laura turned to look over the sheer drop below her. She had to go in this direction to head home. She glanced over her shoulder to glance at Sondra.
"Goodbye for now, Sondra. See you soon!" She exclaimed, leaping up from the balls of her feet in a perfect flip. Sondra hurried to the edge to watch Laura's descent; she watched the red-garbed woman effortlessly twist herself, shapeshifting into a rubbery sphere, and bouncing off an angled boulder to launch herself up and over the fields and towards the spanning horizon.
"Perfectly executed." Sondra applauded quietly. "A perfect ten."

Laura bounded towards her home in great bouncing arcs that sent her throttling through the sky. It took great skill for her to steer the rotation of her spherical form so that she would know where she was going, where she was landing, and to avoid dizziness and motion sickness. She had become quite accomplished at this mode of traversal over the years, and could travel far distances when conditions were fair.
...Which was unfortunate for her. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted storm clouds gathering. Inclement weather was becoming more regularity, and the dark clouds that enveloped the sky gathered from seemingly nowhere. With her surroundings growing increasingly dark, she had to be extra cautious in surging through the skies.
She yelped, the winds around her growing choppy. It was becoming increasingly difficult to navigate, as the building storm was throwing off her trajectory; her snap calculations for her momentum were growing increasingly troubled...
BOING! It was then that she misaligned her aim and failed to overshoot a bridge; the incline angled her upwards, launching her towards the mess of storm clouds hanging overhead!
The wind was really crazy up here; she yelped, spreading her limbs in all directions to try and catch the wind, in whatever direction it led. She fashioned her body into a strange humanoid kite, trying her damndest to stay airborne, but an insidious tingle of energy in the energy around her, she had a sinking feeling as to what was about to happen...
C-CRACK! A vicious bolt of lightning struck her square in the back, and millions of watts instantly surged through her body. In mere moments, her molecular structure collapsed, exploding in all directions as they continued to swirl through the ripping winds.
Laura had a bad feeling something like this would happen. She knew she wasn't dead, but this entire experience was greatly disorienting, and extremely nauseating. Her body was split into a million pieces, swirling like raindrops through the sky. The sensation of flying and falling, multiplied a thousand times over, was a thoroughly unpleasant experience; she only managed to keep her myriad pieces of her body, split into a swirl of drops, relatively approximate to each other through sheer force of will.
She felt a chill as her body rose deeper into the atmosphere, black and red droplets of glossy, latex-like goo coalescing into clouds that bounced though the sky, like a sprawling floating circus tent. She felt her form dew like misty, drawing closer together, struggling to hold...
BOOM! Another thundercrash, followed by a torrent of rain. But instead of clear, life-nourishing liquid, globs of Laura's form rained from the darkened skies above. Without a mouth, she gasped silently as the earth rapidly approached her myriad perspectives...
Splish splish sploosh... The rolling white noise of falling rain drops rushed to the forefront of her mind; she had nearly blanked out on the spot, had it not been for the cool impact of her liquified body plopping into a nearby swampy bog, over and over. The sensation of herself making landfall, only for another part of her to crash into her from behind, her body pulling itself together through the muck as it struggled to adhere to itself once more, and reshape itself into a human body.
Laura hacked and coughed, mussing her short black hair. Thankfully, her skin and outfit exuded particular weatherproof properties that the mud pit she landed in simply slid off from her. Still, she was shivering as her body recollected itself, more droplets of her liquified form rushing to her luscious curves.
"Ugh... ack... grody." She fussed, examining herself over. "If I had known the weather would turn so ghastly in such a hurry, I would've spent the night with Sondra."
She grunted, feeling several odd protrusions inside of her. She glanced down to find a brand the size of her forearm spearing through her cleavage; she reached to tug it out, her body shlorping with the exertion, before tossing it aside. She took a few unsteady steps, feeling more bits and bobs inside of her. Mostly sticks.
She raised her head, her ears picking up on the sound of angry chirps and barks. She didn't recognize whatever creature was making that sort of sound; she turned her head 270 degrees to get a better look, before creaking it back when she spotted a beaver, hunched on its hind legs. She grimaced, elongating her neck to look around where she stood.
"Ah," Laura pursed her lips. "Sorry little fellow, I... appear to have smashed your woodworking project on impact. I should... take my leave."
Laura hobbled along, hurrying to get away from the incensed looking rodent...

Laura was thankful for the stroke of luck that the thunderstorm that she got wrapped in didn't throw her to parts unknown. As she clambered onto a trail, she spotted signage explaining the flora and fauna which reside in this neck of the woods; from that, Laura figured out she had landed in a park not too far from home. She swung through the trees along ropey limbs while it was still light enough to see; she'd wandered through these woods so much with little Gemini, she knew them better than the back of her own hand.
Laura emerged from the forest to the sight of her home's fenced backyard. It was already quite dark and quite late when she had emerged, but the streetlights illuminated the neighbourhood in a gentle glow. Laura huffed a sigh of relief, and jogged to the fencing; she slipped through a narrow, half-inch gap between two planks of wood, and planted her feet back in her own backyard.
She glanced up towards one of the windows overlooking the backyard and out to the forest. She elongated her upper body slowly, so as to muted the creaky sound of her elastic stretching. She paused when her head was level to the window, where she could cup her hands and peer through.
Tucked in bed was her dearest Gemini, fast asleep and bundled up in blankets. Laura's eyes were drawn to a large plush wrapped tightly in a pajama'd embrace... what was that? An elephotter? A frolphin? Some cutesy animal hybridization.
Suddenly, the bed stirred with movement. Laura gasped silently, and hurried retracted her body to slip back below the window frame. Gemini turned her head towards the window, but saw nothing but a silhouette of the tree outdoors. She blinked her eyes slowly, yawned, and dozed right off again.
Laura oozed up the size of the building, grimacing in terror. That was a close one; she hardly wanted to be the inspiration for one of Gemini's new night-terrors. Laura's liquid body flowed towards the window parallel to Gemini's, slipping into a spacious, well-adorned bathroom.
She slipped into an empty jacuzzi and pressed a button, her body melting to fill the shape of the tub. She swooned as the water jets beneath her pumped her body full of sensuous bubbles, which rose to the surface. In the corner of her eye, she spotted the odd twig emerge from her molten form and bob towards the surface—a holdover from her trek through the woods.
As she plucked twigs, branches and leaves from her semi-solid figure, the door to the bathroom opened up. She looked up to find her husband, Niles, peering through the door.
"Couldn't say hello on the way in?" He smirked.
"Manners, Niles." Laura chuckled, raising a leg from her liquid goop in a sensual, teasing manner. "You must take some sick pleasure, barging in on women like this."
"Only with you, dear." Niles chuckled. "At least tell me how your woman's day out went."
"On, it was exquisite." Laura lounged backwards. "We actually had so much fun that we almost forgot about you. It certainly had nothing to do with that grody thunderstorm I ran into along the way."
"I'll say. At least you got out of there in one piece." Niles nodded.
"Ugh, I wish." Laura scoffed. "How about you? Are you going to tell me the story of that stuffed animal Gemini brought home?"
"Oh, just a midway prize." He smirked. "She absolutely had to have Big Spiffins. It was love at first sight."
"Ah, but those carnival games are such scams, Nigel." Laura sighed. "I hope you didn't take a second mortgage out on our home chasing after glory."
"Can you put a price on the smile of a little girl?" Nigel approached, shifting the wastebasket closer to Laura. "Or the happiness of a gorgeous woman?"
"Oh please, don't flatter me such." Laura chuckled. "It's plain to see the state I'm in. Can't you leave me to freshen up in peace?"
"Aha. I can see when I'm not wanted." Nigel rose to his feet and got ready to stroll out the door...
Smooch! He paused as he felt a tender kiss plant on his cheek. It was his wife, elongating her neck like a peach-hued snake.
"You know I hate to see you get so mopey. Damn puppy dog eyes." Laura smiled. "Honestly, Nigel. I'll be out in a minute."
"Don't take too long. I'd lose my head if it weren't for you." Nigel made for the door.
"I've literally lost my head, you know." She jeered. She leaned back with a chuckle, her head sinking deeper into the peach-hued jacuzzi.
A loving home, with her beloved husband, and a daughter she could dote endlessly on... a proper fairy tale existence, if there ever was one
