Update: Commission Rate Increase

Firstly, I'm taking suggestions for this month's prompt featuring omni-morpher Sue Anything, the lead character from last month's prompt. Anyway, inflation has hit my neck of the woods pretty hard, so a rate increase has been overdue for a long time. I price myself accordingly as I pride myself on my consistent quality and my quick turnaround time.
I've been lazy about adjusting the price, but with the tariff war about to start between the US and Canada, everything where I live is about to get about 25% more expensive. It sucks, but I'm trying to find some silver linings in this disaster of a timeline.
My new rate is $0.06 per word USD, up from $0.05 USD per word; if the work in question primarily features my own OC(s), it will be $0.05 per word USD, up from $0.04 USD per word. I don't anticipate adjusting the price further but we'll see how it goes.
