Basic gist is Sayuki, an idol, has been gaining weight and needs to get rid of it. Mitama uses her powers to distribute Sayuki's excess fat amongst four other magical girls who are fans of hers, Ashley, Momoko, Rena, and Arisa. While Sayuki's appetite remains unchanged, the girls continue to put on more of her weight in her stead. To be continued.
