Mermaid Ryuko Matoi - Flat Colors
Added 2019-07-08 18:40:35 +0000 UTCAdded flat colors to the mermaid version of Ryuko Matoi. Based her tail slightly around a mako shark.
I'll finish adding the shadows and highlights later, but I wanted to at least put her base colors in.
Keep an eye for more WIP steps for this piece. ;)
