After watching and reviewing the 2nd season of Netflix's Carmen Sandiego, I loved the outfit she had in one episode, I had to draw her again. This time I stuck a little closer to the show's style than my usual take. You can probably tell since I drew Carmen before. I also wanted to try a waist up drawing with some kind of bounding box.
