SINGLARITY DEMONETISED - VOLUME ONE [Downloads]

As a special bonus free thing this month just for you guys, our Team 11 Patrons, we're releasing the demos to all of the SINGLARITY tracks we've released so far. By some absolutely insane coincidence, we had 11 demos (we really didn't do this on purpose, promise, honestly it's freaking us out a bit), 2 different demos for each track (apart from EGAP which only had one demo).

We decided to include both demos so you can get an idea of how our songs evolve over time, maybe that'll be interesting to you (it is to me - S*). Generally, the version one demos will have been produced as the songs were written, usually by me (Sparkles*) on my own, or in collaboration with one other member. The second versions happen when the rest of the band members have added their parts and sent them back to me, and we've changed bits that we didn't like from the first versions.

Please don't ask me about, or try to work out, the lyrics to the version one demos. They're 99% nonsense, often it's not even words, just vocal sounds. I'm improvising a lot of it. Some of it sounds cool, or almost like English, so we work that into the final lyrics, and some of it you can tell we've already written (the EGAP chorus for example is 99% complete, and the verses are fully improvised nonsense, some of which inspired the final lyrics). I like to work like that because it means I can get vocal melody ideas down faster without waiting to write lyrics.
