2019-11-05 22:10:56 +0000 UTCOne thing I wouldn't mind clarified is if a character is rare due to the series/game they're from being obscure, or if it's due to the amount of art they have. I realize a new trendy waifu will break the second one but it's the measure I personally prefer.
