I'm curious to see how you organize Wandering Earth, and what you'll have to say! Would you consider doing a video on I Am Not Madame Bovary, or any of Feng Xiaogang's adaptations of Liu Zhenyun's novels? I very much enjoyed that movie, and I've had discussions about how it was more of an absurdist take on Chinese bureaucracy. Oddly enough, none of my Chinese friends found it appealing outside of the starring of Fan Bingbing...

2019-06-09 23:36:10 +0000 UTCSo I picked Bruce Lee because I am not the biggest fan of the hype around Wandering Earth, I do think the movie deserves a lot of discussion, so I think you will do the analysis justice either way. However, I think Bruce Lee is TOO important for one video only. Maybe you can start with a video on Bruce Lee's overall impact on Sino-Cinema or something. Wandering Earth is winning anyway >_<
