Both draw the eye for different reasons, but I prefer the CLEAR SKY version for its clean look. The other one suggests a photographer trying to find a good position to diffuse the natural light while still highlighting the subject.

Both of them are awesome, but I find the right one slightly better because the of warmth of the overall colour.
