15K / Updates, and Face reveal?

Hello dear Patreon! These past 2 months have been really busy and I have been doubling the day x nights to make room for the project here and continue to provide you with professional help regarding Blender animation! I am really happy for your support and marvelous patience for the project's delivery dates here in the platform.

Before starting, I want to mention for all new Patreons, that the projects (.blend) files, are generally developed between the 1st and 18th of every month. The first SATURDAY after that project's completion, you'll see on my youtube channel a PROMO SHORT video and then a LONG DETAILED video. The short version will always be public and the long version is for PATREONS ONLY.  On this platform, the projects that will be charged for, are marked with a "βœ…" in the title and in the link description to download the file.

If you access (previous months) past rewards with the βœ…, you'll only be charged for the CURRENT MONTH ONLY.

I usually post 1 or 2 full .blend projects a month. This platform will charge you for each creation I do (this is a charge up front account) FOR THE CURRENT MONTH ONLY, and you can setup how much of your monthly budget you can assign PATREON.COM to charge you with a top limit from your account's settings.

So if I do a third post on the month, you will be billed for that post at the beginning of the NEXT month, and that counts towards your monthly set budget.

I felt it was important to explain this as I have been taking it slow to upload content , because I don't want you to get confused  as of how the system charges you. I really want to create and share content that will provide you with a better view about animation production, which of course will help you grow as an animator.

🟒 Speaking of professional networking, I recently updated my Stage32 profile. In short, this is a network dedicated to publish, share, contribute, work or produce for other Stream platforms, Agents and Visual production facilities looking to develop movies, buy scripts, share screenwriting and get professional advice if you're looking into a career (let's face it) in Hollywood.
How does this benefits you? your talent is noticed in every network you publish your work into, and this can help you expand that professional horizon. Not to mention they have ever-on-going training for aspiring talent in different fields of movie-making with active professionals working for Netflix, Hulu and other networks.
I contacted the CEO, so we're talking about creating a specialized category (CG Artists). Let's see how the conversation progresses.

🟒 15k artists are part of Activemotionpictures youtube channel and that is great news to share. Thank you for making the community tab active. To think YT wanted to delete it back in 2019! 🀣

🟒 In this recent video, I had the opportunity to do a tech review for facial motion capture in your 3D model, either by creating one with ReadyPlayer.Me , or uploading your own. The requirement is that your character has all 52 Blend shapes from the ARKit naming shapes convention. I am still testing this platform as it uses .AI for facial tracking from an uploaded video. That means the more you use it, the smarter it gets.
How does this benefits you? I'm in direct contact with DeepMotion and I've been suggesting technical upgrades for Blender to make the workflow seamlessly. In the case you're also using the platform and need help, they are very receptive to get technical feedback from 3d users.

In closing, I hope you continue to enjoy the files, videos, content and pro tips I share with you directly here in Patreon.

Thank you so much!
-Pierre.

I don't know why patreon won't let you reply on the previous comment. Also: Thanks for the encouraging words. As a matter of fact a Vtuber character is possible. It is only a matter of re-rigging the face and body in Blender, and exporting it for a compatible format to any of the popular streaming apps.

You’ve had so much knowledge on so many things and have been such a great teacher. So thank you Pierre, I look forward to learning more from you and eventually completing a guilty gear shaded and facerig controlled vtuber one day. * it won’t let me reply to previous comment thread*

Thank you, Spencer! You've also been here since the very beggings, and I appreciate that.

It’s great to finally see the face of man, the myth, & the legend!
