EEVEE NEXT > The end of the NPR era?

Hello, marvelous Patreon. I wanted to share this link so you can also be up on the latest news. For a while the Blender forums have been talking about how this new phase in the EEVEE engine could potentially limit the realtime shaders regarding the shader to RGB. 

I personally think, this will help to unify the the problem we currently have which is the limitation to "only export" the Principled shader out of Blender into other game engines / webGL. Having EEVEE Next, means better code, better compatibility, and most importantly, a better way to work in realtime. Just past this week, a 20+ professional experienced friend in Maya, told me "I want to work with you, Blender is just mind blowing. Instant render on SSS Skin? No way! I need to learn Blender!".

In conclusion: check out the EEVEE Next thread above, and let's talk about it here in the comments. I think a new wave for the NPR era is coming with better code, better shading, better speeds to render and more compatible shading language with other DCCs.
