I am feeling MUCH better. Thank you all so, so much for your well-wishes and reassurances that it's okay for me to go slower if I need to. I needed to this month, and it was helpful to make myself put my tablet away and sleep. Today I got the house clean, and still had time to finish this up. And I'm really happy with it!
Here are little Procreate tricks I learned from a couple of friends: if you want to shade quickly, shade all in magenta on an overlay (in this case 'Linear Burn'). For the highlights, same thing in yellow (with the overlay 'Add'). These over flat colors make a big impact.
This will be the postcard for February! I even ordered red envelopes, very festive!
