WIP: le vampire
Added 2021-10-24 11:23:40 +0000 UTCI underestimated how busy The Ineffable Con was gonna keep me over the weekend. I'm sort of burnt at both ends here, but I did finally get some time to work on art this evening. I would not normally spam you with WIPs, but I just want you to know I am actually working on stuff!
I could not decide whether to do this in color or black & white with a little drip of red, and friends voted B&W. I like it! It is not any easier than doing it in color. 😅 It looks nicer in person. I'll just have to take better photos once it's done. Hopefully tomorrow it will be!
Thank you to all you sweet bees who've come to say hello at the con, who I've run into in the lounge or the zoom rooms! The artist panel I'm doing with an armload of amazing folks is at 3pm GMT today if you want to go and listen. I think it's really neat!

I would’ve thought black and white would be easier, just shows how little I know about coloured pencils😅 this looks stunning already tho, the blood that runs down that hand is such a beautiful shade and goes very well with the blueish grey. Can’t wait to see the finished piece!
