"Mile High Turbulence" is its own self contained Pregnancy horror story? Some kind of Ultra fertility virus that imbues its male host with near lethal levels of testosterone and promoting muscle mass development. It attacks the left prefrontal cortex and anterior cingulate cortex so that they can't control or resist the will to breed. It alters genetics of sperm to rapidly produce mutated offspring that will continue the cycle.
