Finishing the waist!

Changes on the Waist from the original
- Reshaped to fit on the EBB body
- Reduced the lantern
- Increase the polycount to a much more fluid cloth simulation
- I can't rid of all clipping issues that the original had, but I have greatly reduced the clipping
