New tiers up!

I think they should be fairly self-explanatory. I will be deleting the old Paw Warmer category at the end of the month, so anyone looking to still get images can transfer up, and the tier just below will net you the benefit of voting in polls to decide what I will draw each month come the new year!

I am planning to delete that tier. Technically YES you would still be on that tier, but you wouldn't be able to get any of the benefits, so, it's more worth it moving tiers in the long run ^^
