Rules:
Must be a tier 3 patron to enter the raffle but you are not required to stay in this tier after the event, the winner will receive a piece of their choice as long as it fits my tos, 4hrs will be allotted to the idea of your piece to complete it, If the winner is not present at the time of the win a new winner will be chosen, and lastly try to have a rough idea of what you'd like before hand.
