AP Scenario: Post Mortem Version 2

I updated the text of Post Mortem (formerly the Actual Play adventure Delta Green Post Mortem) to include advice on running the scenario. I also changed references to Delta Green to make it more generic so it's easier to run this scenario in other systems.
Next month, I'll run a new poll for the next AP episode to be turned into a proper scenario.
