To me, it is the remembrance that everything that is unfolding is the orchestration of the divine. Whether it be a challenging or blissful experience, our connection to our heart is always available, and it is all we need to remember the divinity of what is happening right now.
Anything that appears to be separate from the divine, wrong, or 'imperfect', is simply pointing us to a story/experience to be accepted and a subtle energy to be felt. All of which, can be done by bringing our awareness to the sensation of our breath and our hand on our chest.
