Saori really went completely wild after her transformation! The vampire who bit her earlier in the comic looked far more in control of her instincts; it makes Saori look really aggressive/careless in comparison. I suppose Saori became overwhelmed by her new vampire senses and is acting purely on instinct? She needs to be careful, otherwise a hunter may track her down and put an early end to her new vampire life!
