[Blender 4.0] MustardUI and Mustard Simplify

Hi everyone!

In the past weeks I realized that Blender 4.0 breaks a lot of things in the UI and my other add-ons. If you don't see updates on new models (one is almost ready :) ) is because I have to solve these breaking issues first.

In particular I'm reworking completely some parts of MustardUI as Blender, e.g., the Armature part since they are deprecating Armature layers. This is taking an insane amount of time because a lot of things are linked together, e.g., Armature layers were enabled/disabled when some outfit pieces were shown/hidden in the UI.

In general I think we should expect a lot of old/poorly supported add-ons to not work on Blender 4.0. :(
