I commented earlier in my ramble that this is probably the one character I should have done in pixelart form, but I'm sticking to my goal of getting gud at painting through fanarts.
Still pretty awkward at it, but hopefully I'll keep learning and growing as time goes on. For this timelapse, though, behold as you see me cycling through various layer blending modes until it looks ok!
