Friday Rambles 3/18/2022

Another Friday another Rambles. I'm not late this time!

- Today was a day off. Went out and walked 10000 steps. Planted lots of Pikmin flowers. Stood in line for a seat at a famous ramen place. Tasty.

- I've been super busy this week (when am I not? Maybe work won't be so busy some day...) so I've been posting really quick and crappy Skye doodles titled "Work is da poop" on my Instagram stories. I've been shitposting a lot more on my Twitter more too. I think work is driving me nuts.

- So this past month at work has been more exhausting than usual, which has had an effect on my art quality. It's gotten me thinking, though. I'm already professional for like 50 hours a week at my actual job and I'll probably never be able to actually quit, so why make my fun art hobby a damn job too? Anyway I'll probably shitpost more and do less big polished multiday effort drawings while work is draining all my brain energy. It kinda stinks because I wish I could git gud at art and keep up with my peers and so on but whatever. Yeah yeah, real life priorities and not everyone gets to live their dream, and whatnot

- Blythe project is moving along well. I'm gonna be doing more Blythe related posts soon so my audience is more familiar with her by the time it's public.

- I still haven't gotten time to start working on my bigger and cooler idea, which needs lots of effort and time, none of which I have any to spare right now lol. is this ever going to happen? stay tuned...

- I made some new T-shirts for the "Dancing with Air Fryer" series. You can see 'em on my Threadless shop. And so I am one step closer to becoming a fashion magnate.

- I lost Wordle for the first time ever this week. Cue belittling from Wordle-girl Anyway nothing matters anymore

- I think Daylight Savings Time is destroying me
