Friday Rambles 2022-09-23

It turns out printing and folding and binding your own zines isn't very time efficient. I spent the last 4 days printing and folding and binding zines and packing orders. I'm hoping it's worth it when I get to do this all over again next month :P
I watched Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. I have never played Cyberpunk 2077 and don't know any of the original RPG lore or whatever, but I really enjoyed the series. I'll be drawing some hcnone style fanart of the characters tonight, after I post this. Might not finish because I'm going to bed in an hour, but maybe I'll get super lucky...
In between packing orders I also drew some art for a friend for his birthday. It was four of my old school fast and bad 64x64 px portraits, so it was super within my comfort zone and it took less than an hour. Of course, I get DMs asking about whether I do commissions after I posted it -_-. Maybe it might be more time efficient to do tons of fast and bad pixel art portrait commissions for quick income lol... but I probably won't be doing that because I want to spend my time actually getting good, because the clock's ticking on my sabbatical and I'll probably have to go back into the real world for income anyway.
My body's pretty tired from exercising every day. I'm probably gonna take it easy this weekend to recover. I'll spend it drawing, it'll be a nice change of pace from packing and shipping orders.
