"Anything So Utterly Destroyed" - Elizabeth R. McClellan

This week we're discussing this absolutely brilliant narrative poem by Elizabeth R. McClellan that explores the thoughts of Victor Frankenstein's never-living second creation, the Bride he gave up on. It's a heartbreakingly beautiful poem that we cannot recommend highly enough.

We're excited to share Elizabeth's work with you. Read the poem for yourself at Apex Magazine.

Oh wow! That's exciting that this exists at all. When you said story, I thought you meant a short, but looks like it's a pretty hefty novel. And there's a sequel even! Definitely going to have to look into these. It's high time we got some Justice For Ernest!

You guys were wondering about some Ernest stories and there’s actually a sequel story written by Pete Planisek that stars Ernest as the protagonist! It’s called Frankenstein: a life beyond
