If you'll be a good guy, you'll reach happy ending. But this will be minimum content with light-NTR. Not a main focus. If you fuck around and do some mistakes, you will get punished so hard. I would also like to say that hidden NTR elements would be interesting in the cheating route, as obviously the girlfriend won't want the MC to find out, hidden NTR and the greater focus on the MC's POV work better in cheating and give a greater feeling of cheating NTR.
