Looking back, Inquisitor Veil realized that sheโd been quite wrong about corruption. In fact, it was so very good. And service to the Prince of Pleasure was much better than mindless worship of the Corpse God.
Of course, her colleagues and so many worlds of the imperium remained in ignorance. But that was fine. Her master had given her the tools to show them the truth.
And she couldnโt wait to teach them all about her new god...
