Though she had some doubts, once she took the mutagen, everything started to make sense to Claire.
After all, if the humans couldn’t drink the water on the new planet, it only made sense for her to becoming something that could synthesize it into a more digestible form.
And if that meant the women of the colony needed to grow some horns and some big, plump, milky tits for the colonists to drink from, then so be it. She would do her duty to humanity.
