Long ago, one of the world's twin moons was shattered, pelting the planet with magic infused moonstone. The lucky died, the unlucky were changed into the Pale, corrupted creatures, cursed by the moon goddess's vengeance.
But that was millenia ago, and today you're Zaid, a Delver. A raider of the ruined cities of the Ancients in search of artifacts lost to man. And you and your partner just got the key to the biggest score in history!
Getting the key, however, was the easy part. Because now you need to reach the Heaven's Gate, passing through miles of country corrupted by the Pale, stalked by pirates, and worse, all of whom want to either fuck you, kill you, or turn you into a monster just like them.
Maybe even all three.
Either way, time to delve, baby. Delve!
