Hey everyone!

Hope everyone is doping great. Feels like forever since my last post 🙈

Whilst I'm on my break away from creating, I've decided to completely clear my mods folder so I can start fresh. It's a huuuuuge decision as I currently have 360bg worth of cc (and this is just clothes, hair, skins etc). It's something I've wanted to do for a while, so I thought I'd take the opportunity whilst I'm quiet. Plus my HQ mod has started playing up in live mode. It's been days and I still can't find the culprit that's causing the dreaded brown skin suit, so the easiest thing to do is save my sims and start again. Hopefully, this will eradicate the problem as it's been driving me crazy 😂

Thankfully though, I've taken a few preview shots prior to this for a new tattoo that will be dropping the first week in October, so that's something to look forward too. So, now I'm off to go finish my pumpkin spice latte and continue with the clean sweep of my files.

*UPDATE*
I think I may have finally figured out the problems with my sims turning brown after a few minutes of play. Could MCCC or just using the "fill needs" cheat be the cause?. I left my sims to their own devices for around 10 minutes whilst I did other things, so what 12 hours in game time on high speed... and nothing changed. Everything was perfect and as it should be. As soon as I used "Alter needs and make happy" with MCCC or shift clicking the sim / mailbox, they ALL turned into their brown skin suits???. Is this an actual thing?. I've never had this problem before?. Anyone been having the same and could help??

*** Whilst I haven't found the actual cause of the skin suit issue, I have come to the conclusion that there is something conflicting with the "Fill needs" cheat across all platforms, whether using mccc, shift clicking the sim / mailbox or entering the cheat via the cheat box. I have however found a way around it... I downloaded the UI cheat from Weerbesu, so now I can right click on the needs bar and fill all needs without causing the skin suit to appear. It's a bit of a pain, but it works so I'm super happy! YEY! ***
