Return of the potatoes

2023-07-31 14:37:09 +0000 UTCSlather those lovelies in butter (not margarine), wrap in foil and either bury them in the coals of a campfire (look it up for amount of time it's been years since I've done that) or put them in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes depending on size. That way they will have a lovely, buttery soft skin instead of the crunchy skin most have.
