A cute little Christmas Tree Farm and Santa's Grotto. For those sims that have left their tree picking until last minute. You can also take the kiddos to see Santa.

CC files included with the tray files. Has been gameplay tested but it's more for picture scenes. Please let me know if you have any problems.
