I'm not going to lie, getting this to work was a pain in the backside. It's taken a few attempts as it wasn't showing in game, but I think I've finally figured out what was causing the issue. So fingers crossed it'll work for you guys too.
It's a very subtle preset, no craziness. Just a simple dip of the hips and more defined collarbone and waist

▪ Female body frame only
▪ Custom thumbnail

Have you updated recently?. My friend updated her game and all her presets disappeared. It may have something to do with that (I don’t update). Try repairing your game, she did that and it worked. If not, I’m going to remove the preset for a bit until the game gets “yet another patch fix” 🥺
