Has been gameplay tested, but I would highly recommend it for story/pictures due to the position of certain objects. I also use tool mod.
Don't forget to use bb.moveobjects on BEFORE placing the lot
Pictures have been taken using gshade and I also use terrain/object overrides by K-Hippie and a few other creators (These are not included so bare in mind, some objects may look different in game),
Please remember to unzip the file and place each of the files from the mods folder into your sims 4 mods folder.
