I've set this 30x30 lot to generic as I wouldn't recommend it for gameplaying, unless you move some of the objects.

I strongly recommend this build for story/pictures only due to the position of certain objects.
I’d also suggest running batch fixes via sims4studio before adding to your game as i haven’t updated and i do not own high school years.
Don't forget to use bb.moveobjects on BEFORE placing the lot
Pictures have been taken using reshade and I also use terrain/object overrides by K-Hippie and a few other creators (I've included them in the zip file as without, these some objects may look different in game). I also use the tool mod, to reposition/rotate objects.
Please remember to unzip the file and place each of the files from the mods folder into your sims 4 mods folder.
