Option 1:

A farmer hires a helper to become a new milking maid, but a guy answered the ad instead. So the farmer gives him some milk that turns him into a cowgirl (with ears, horn, and tail) and not only milks the cows, but is going to be milked herself.

Option 2:

A mall requires a new employee to wear an elf costume for the holidays. The costume is, of course, one size fits all and adapts the male applicant to a more "suitable" appearance.

Option 3:

Two Scoops. Guy walks into an ice cream parlor and starts ogling the curvy girl working at the counter. When he walks up to order he asks for “Two scoops please.” while blatantly staring at her boobs. The girl’s disgusted face turns into a smirk as she as asks “How big?” and he responds “As big as you can make them.” He gets a cone with two large scoops and as he eats it he turns into a SUPER top heavy girl.

Love is Strange:  

A guy’s  best friend Chloe (From life is Strange) is basically starting to get bored of guys and figures she needs a change of pace in her life,.. The guy makes the wish to be with her, turning him into Rachel Amber from the same game!

Option 5:

Genie of the Hula Lamp  

A guy gives his roommate a hula lamp for his birthday as a joke present. The birthday boy jokingly wishes that his friend got him a genie lamp instead. Of course, this lamp was purchased at one of those creepy antique shops that wasn't always there. As such, the lamp zaps his friend and turns him into a genie that exactly resembles the hula dancer on the lamp. The newly-turned genie then turns to the birthday boy and seductively asks her new master if he has any other wishes.

Option 6:

A family knows their daughter is bisexual and doesn't like her boyfriend at all, so they invite him over for Thanksgiving, and without him or the daughter knowing, spike his piece of turkey with a special gender bending drug, turning him from a douchebag into a sweet & sexy black haired woman who the daughter instantly falls for. (Clothes don't change, the pants fall off and such )

Option 7:

"Transformation Invasion" 

The story follows a young martial artist who is chosen by psychic alien invaders to battle their strongest warrior for the sake of the planet, and given powerful swords, in a globally televised battle for humanity’s future. Amidst their duel, the alien champion realises that the human hero is uncomfortable being seen in his armour, and has a giant tentacle monster interrupt their duel and hold him down. The aliens discover that the martial artist’s distractions come from him being globally seen as a man, as he is revealed to be secretly battling gender dysphonia, and to have desperately wished to have been born a woman. Feeling like he will fight at his true strength if “he” becomes a “she”, the alien champion has the tentacle monster re-shape the human warrior’s body into that of an athletic (but busty) woman. Finally confident in herself (and given an orgasm during her transformation), the heroine takes up her sword once again, and quickly defeats the alien champion. Recognised as a hero by the world, she goes on to become a super heroine using alien technology.
