Update - Osteoporosis
Added 2020-11-19 12:21:22 +0000 UTCHi peeps. I'm afraid there won't be a page today as I've had to call an ambulance for my mother who can barely move dye to severe osteoporosis arthitis. She's had it for a while but it's got progressively worse but today had been the tipping point. I don't know how long I'll be gone for today so just to be safe I'll have to leave the page today.
Apologies for this, I want to make sure she has someone there during this rough patch.
Take care of yourselves, 2020 has been a hard year for us all.
