Reasons for delayed responses/rewards

If you have pledged to me you will know that I usually send the reward out within 1-3 days for sets and reply to patreon messages past set request every 5 days or every week. I usually ship polaroids and prints out a little bit later than the month too. There is a reason for this beside the fact that I am a single worker.
Lately patreon has had an increasing amount of stolen credit cards and charge backs, resulting in people who pledge to get rewards THEN refunded their money/I get my money charged back because of stolen credit cards. If I send out rewards immediately these people often get away with free stuff, especially the physical stuff (Prints, polaroids, costumes). Many people are exploiting this bug in patreon and their support is not being very helpful in fixing the matter. So please be patient with me, your rewards will still be sent out but with a slower time frame.

2020-04-14 23:48:23 +0000 UTCWhat I've seen with some patreon accounts, they send rewards at the end of the month, like, on the last week before the next pay cycle, that way, anyone trying to get free stuff would have had their money squared up before they got anything.. It's all fine for me, I don't mind waiting Love your sets anyway, so it's definitely worth it..
