Patreon message problem

Lately, I have been using the method of zooming out to 30% of the page to see all the message. But this time, there are a few messages I can't see even if I zoom out.
So if your message/request is not replied or fulfill, please start a new conversation and message/request again. Otherwise, please disregard this post.
