Mails to Australia is being returned to me

I've received many returned mail/polaroids/prints when I sent to you guys in Australia.
Could someone please tell me what happened :(? and when is safe to send again?

2021-10-27 01:34:54 +0000 UTCcould be related to international border lockdown or could be related to the border guys going hard on any imported goods related to erotic anime, Jlist doesnt ship here anymore I think for example International borders should open from Nov 1st and most restrictions internally ease by December 1st

2021-10-20 06:23:27 +0000 UTCUSPS won't send any of my parcels to Victoria and any other part of Australia without charging massive fees. Normally something that cost me less than 30 usd is now about 100 USD to send and many shipping services have been suspended until further notice.

2021-10-20 00:52:32 +0000 UTCAustralia is in straight up lockdown due to COVID. No one is allowed to leave their homes, even for groceries or to get take out at restaurants. Even families can’t take their kids outside to their own front yards. It’s ridiculous. So I assume that because of that, the post office are deeming the goods that your are sending to your Australian patrons NOT essential and are not delivering those packages. I’m only assuming but Australia is in a bad state of affairs right now
