It's finally here!

Under the name 'Professional Dragon', I have released the very first version of my game 'Dragons Grow 2D' over on Itch.IO.

The game is available for purchase at the very steep price of $10,-

Because you are my supporters, you each get a copy for free. I have to manually e-mail a personalized download key to each and every one of you. So that will take me some time. Please have a little patience.

(If you're joining my patreon after this moment, I'm sorry to say you've missed out. There might be another free-download-key giveaway for another major update, but I can't promise this.)

The game isn't much to look at yet. Most of that's there is 'background plumbing'. The rules of the game are established, so is a mechanism for me to easily roll out updates. So it's in good shape to start adding new content.

Eventually, (once animations and probably multiplayer are in place) the idea is that the character slots within the game become available for purchase by those artists and/or community members who own their own growing dragon character. (Doesn't necessarily have to be a dragon, really.) The idea is that purchasing such a slot would get you the opportunity to collaborate with the programmer (me) and the 2D artist (still looking for one!) to introduce your character into the game, with abilities and attack moves and a little backstory fitting to your character.

I must at this point say that I do want to keep this project SFW. So to every growing one out there who is adult-content heavy: Put on some clothes and you'll be fine, haha.
