The wish decided to make Shobu the perfect friend to Kota. Whilst they'll still be brother and sister, it'll be Kota who'll see female Shobu as her best friend and you'll see why later ^^

Does that mean the wish is going to make him into a girl who's just a best friend to his sister and no longer be his sister's sibling? What I mean is, are they going to be sisters or just best friends who are not related to each other?
