WHERE IN THE WORLD IS CARMEN SANDIEGO BOUND AND GAGGED?

This masterful villainess was the world’s greatest thief, but mere money is never enough. Carmen targets rare or even unique objects; one-of-a-kind treasures of history that can never be replaced. This time, Carmen plans to steal a Picasso's painting. So, guess where in the world is she? Paris. She breaks into the museum and grabs the painting. As she goes to leave, something hits her. Suddenly she finds herself tied up on the floor! She is mad about the inconvenience, but very confident in herself as she tells her captor that she will easily escape. The masked man is unphased as he stuffs a mouth guard gag into her mouth which renders her tongue immobile. He then tapes her mouth closed, wrapping several layers over and over her face! Carmen tries her best to remove the gag and escape but neither the ropes nor the gag will budge! The man returns with a camera and tells Carmen that she has a large bounty on her head. He needs picture proof that he's captured her before anyone will believe him. Carmen is very pissed as she struggles and bitches through the gag. The masked man leaves her alone, she struggles in an effort to free herself. There's no way she will let her winning streak be tainted. She will escape, and when she does, she'll keep her title as the one who has never been caught!
