The winner of the January 2024 Story Poll is...

Widowmaker’s Slobby Animal Shot (Various Female Overwatch Characters  Anthro Animal TF, Weight Gain, Burping, and Farting): In order to  fulfill Moira’s curiosity, Widowmaker is tasked with shooting several  members of Overwatch with mutagenic darts. From atop her perch, she gets  to watch the chaos unfold as each woman injected turns into an obese,  animal woman that can only focus on their base instincts to eat and  release the pungent gas from their bodies.

I made a little mistake and accidentally left the poll public for a short time. The problem has been fixed by sifting out the non-Patron votes so the following results should be accurate.

2nd Place (Tie 3 votes each): 

-Ivy's Shorstack Soul (Ivy (Soulcalibur) Shortstack TF, Weight Gain, and  Sexual Content): Ivy receives a parting gift for destroying Soul Edge,  as she begins to gradually fatten up and shrink down. Forced to deal  with her degraded body, it will take the company and affection of one of  her allies to learn to appreciate this new self.

-Cheryl’s Drunken Berry Binge (Cheryl (Pokémon) Drunken Belly Expansion,  Burping, and Farting): A trek through the woods leads to Cheryl coming  upon a strange man and a grove of his even stranger fruit. Eager to help  him with a taste test, she unwittingly becomes a drunken, gassy mess as  her belly bloats up from the sweet berries.
