“Before we end the show,” Hodd Toward said to the group of game journalists, “we have one more thing to show you.”
With a wave of Hodd’s hands, the screen on the main stage turned from black to a series of green swirls. Through the virtual mist, yellow letters began to emerge. From the gaseous fog, the words Slob Smackdown appeared to confuse the audience.
The virtual fumes parted from the force of an obese woman clad in a sumo outfit let a fart rumble out of her rear. Swishing about her udder-like breasts, a dancer swayed about her wide hips to bathe in the noxious fumes. Any leftover green gas was pushed away by a belch from a bright pink woman with pig ears and a snout as she slammed into the other two. As the three, slobby women stared each other down a massive woman clad in only a cape landed between them. Looking over the other competitors, the ominous caped woman invited the girls to battle via a rumbling fart blasting out of her rear.
As the trailer ended on the release date of “when it’s finished” there was a silence that spread through the crowd. In the wake of the announcement, debate stirred online trying to figure out if the game was some kind of prank. Others were quick to justify the slobby fighter as the next big thing in gaming. However, only those in charge of developing the game knew the truth: their investor had a particular series of interests they wanted to indulge in in exchange for keeping the lights on in the office.
