Barley escaping the bizarre monsters, Rebecca tries to catch her breath as she rummaged through her supplies. Grasping onto a can of first aid spray, she applied a generous dose to her body in the hopes of counteracting whatever virus had infected her. Unfortunately it was already too late.
Rebecca was forced to drop the can from the force of the tremors emanating from her backside. A moment later, a ripping noise filled the room as her buttocks began to rapidly swell. Unable to handle the added weight of her ass tripling in size, she fell to the ground on all fours.
Laying on the floor, Rebecca attempted to call out for help. However her call became a distorted PHHHRRRRRTTT as her lips puckered together. More rude noises left her modified mouth as she panicked from the process of her facial features and hair disappearing. All that remained were her cheeks, which were currently occupied with swelling up to match the ample derriere keeping her on the floor.
As Rebecca’s body stabilized, the fear that plagued her mind became at ease as the virus overrode her thoughts. Accepting her new role as a Buttbeast, she got up on her hands and knees and began shuffling forward. Leaking contagious fumes from both ends, she let out an unsettling BRRRRAAAPPP from her “mouth” as she searched for another person to infect.
