Help Share America Uncensored!

Hello my 50-cent army! There was a minor technical issue with the first link to the pilot I sent out. That has been corrected in this reuploaded version. Thank you so much for all the positive feedback. And if you feel moved to, please share this new link with your friends and family. A second episode is on the way!

Thanks for the feedback. I did my best to not make a claim on the constitutionality of it since I'm not an expert on such things. Really, there are just as many arguments on both sides. But whether it was or it wasn't, DACA was still not a permanent solution. I'm sure the tone of the show will improve as I work on the show more. As for where I got my info, I did include a list of sources in the description. Thanks again for taking the time to write a thoughtful response to the pilot!

China Uncensored

I generally like China Uncensored, and I liked what you were doing in most of this video, but I was disappointed in the section starting at the 6 minute mark when you started talking about the constitutionality of DACA. You give the argument for it being unconstitutional, but you don't give the argument for it being constitutional. At 6:27, you show a Heritage Foundation web page in the background, implying that's where you were getting your info. I don't think you can take for granted that a Heritage Foundation article will be a fair one. I think Obama wanted this to be done legislatively, and might have believed that was his only option earlier on, and then found out that he had unusually broad discretion when it came to immigration, and then decided to do DACA. I've seen articles that say DACA passes constitutional muster, I've included two links below. Then you say Obama decided to do this because he got re-elected and said "Screw y'all, I'm doin this." I know you were trying to be funny, but this supports the "Obama was dictatorial" conservative view, and doesn't sound like even an exaggerated version of how Obama operated as President. Regardless of whether he made the right call, I think Obama was well informed and carefully considered his decision. You mention that the Center for American Progress is a progressive advocacy organization right away, but you first say the CATO Institute "is a DC based think tank", and later say they "lean libertarian", as opposed to characterizing them as a libertarian advocacy organization. I like what you were doing in general, and I appreciate that you are trying to be fair, but you seemed to accept info from "advocacy organizations" on the right more uncritically than I would have expected. Here are two links re DACA constitutionality. We'll let you know! First have to figure some things out technically, but I appreciate your support!
