Are you going to answer this question?

I've been watching and supporting for a while now, but this is my first contact/question, if you will. I was recently on a business trip in Malaysia, and on my way to the airport to leave, I had a Sikh as a taxi driver who talked a lot about the politics in Malaysia. I had commented that it seemed like Kuala Lumpur was building like crazy; there were virtual forests of cranes everywhere. On top of that, there was the huge construction project of MDB1, slated to become one of, if not the, tallest building in the world when it is finished. However, my taxi driver said that all of this was swamped in scandal, MDB1 in particular, and also that very many of the buildings were constructed by China, who was underbidding everyone and even giving them years to find a buyer for the buildings they were making. He was saying that like the ghost cities in China (I saw your episode on that), a lot of these buildings are hardly used/inhabited. I would be very interested to know more about the Chinese investment in Kuala Lumpur, and what exactly the deal is with all this building going on in the city. Are the Malaysian government and people going to get themselves into serious debt (whether fiscal or political) to the CCP? Was my taxi driver right about all this? --Here's hoping you can get to the bottom of this, and God bless you and the work you are doing.
