It is doubtful after seeing all the happy pictures between Lam and Xi. If you listen to Xi's speech at the Communist Party Conference, the first things he said was to congratulate the party for 95 years of helping the "people" and then he went on to admonish China's colonialism and feudalistic societies of the past and called the Chinese Emperors, "privileged. He went on to say ," The CCP is in it's finalization to complete the socialist revolution laying the foundation for China to become rich and powerful, to enrich peoples lives", LOL!
